How do I place an order?
Use the form in the 'Contact Us' tab or message us directly on Facebook or Instagram.
How long in advance should I place my order?
Please allow at least 3-5 days for us to complete your order. During major holidays, we may need additional time. Of course, the more notice you can give us, the better!
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States.
Does someone have to be present to accept delivery?
Due to the fragile nature of our arrangements, we recommend someone be at home to bring our arrangements in shortly after delivery.
How do I care for my arrangement?
Our designs do not need water. Please keep out of direct sunlight and indoors. Dried flowers and stems are delicate and natural shedding may occur. If wreaths are hung on your front door, high winds and precipitation will ruin your wreath.
What customization options are available?
Our designs are meant to be aesthetic and soft with lots of whites and beiges. We do still offer color customization options, depending on the occasion or season. Just let us know and we will work with you.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the samples on your website and social media?
Our samples are meant to give you an idea of the size and look of the arrangement with the option to customize. Arrangements will vary slightly based on the supplies we have and your customization choices but we will never take shortcuts on the quality and the size you have chosen and paid for.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because our arrangements are made to order and are customized to each of our customer's requests, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided based on individual circumstances. If there are concerns with the arrangement you receive, please reach out to us directly.
